CTC Animated is a volunteer project. We don’t have set working hours and nobody assigns anything to anyone else without their agreement. This statement lists a few of our values and guidelines when it comes to team wellbeing.

• It’s okay to step back If you need to take a break, it’s okay. Ideally please let the rest of us know somewhere - but if you can’t or really prefer not to (for example if you’re mourning), it’s perfectly okay not to. If you can’t work on the project at all anymore, just let the rest of us know. Everyone has their own lives.
• Deadlines are not set in stone We try not to set deadlines, but if we have a planned release date it may be considered a deadline. If you can’t meet your part of a deadline, you can ask to hand over your tasks to someone else - and in the worst case we can postpone or cancel the deadline. Team wellbeing is a top priority.
• We’re all on one team If you need anything or want to say something, we’re here for you. We’re one team and we should always be there for each other (when we can be).
